Jiu Jitsu can foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork, as children work together to improve their skills. Jiu Jitsu can be a fun and engaging activity for kids, providing them with an enjoyable and challenging hobby that they can pursue for years to come.

What is Gi & No-Gi ?

Gi jiu-jitsu involves grappling while wearing a traditional uniform called a “gi,” which includes a jacket, pants, and belt. In contrast, no-gi jiu-jitsu is practiced without a gi and typically involves wearing compression shorts or spats and a rashguard. The absence of a gi in no-gi jiu-jitsu means that practitioners rely more on body control and are unable to use certain techniques that involve grabbing onto the gi.
